How soon do I receive the music I rent or buy from Web Jingles Online?
Within minutes! As soon as your transaction has been processed and payment is received by Web Jingles Online, a link is sent to the email address you provided. Simply click on the link and follow the instructions to download the music.
How am I allowed to use the music I receive from Web Jingles Online?
If you decide to rent the music from Web Jingles Online( RENT option), you get a temporary, non-exclusive license to utilize the music for television and radio programs (including TV and radio advertising and commercial movies, provided that you file the recording with the appropriate performing rights organizations) and in any type of New Media Project such as Flash animations, website background music, Podcasts, online tutorials, e-learning tools, slide shows, corporate training videos, Power-point presentations, telephone music-on-hold, multimedia CD-rom, promotional DVDs, software demos, video blogs, web-based online video games, etc.
If you decide to purchase the music from Web Jingles Online ( BUY option), you may use the recording as you see fit. As the new owner of the recording, you may use it for television advertising, radio advertising and commercial movies without the need to file the recording with the appropriate performing rights organizations.

Are there restrictions on the use of the music obtained from Web Jingles Online?
Yes. The non-exclusive license only allow you to use the music for your personal or professional use and prohibits the sale, sub-licensing or transfer of the music in any way and by any means whatsoever to any third party. Music cannot be re-sold except to the extent that it is embedded into your own work as part of a finished end product. You may not commercially market or exploit the music as your own even if you add other instruments or a voice to the music. The above restrictions also apply to any music Web Jingles Onlinemay offer free of charge on its website. Please see the License Agreement and Assignment of Copyright for further information. The above restrictions do not however apply if you have selected the BUY option.
Does the music I BUY belong to me?
Yes. You do actually own the music but only if you have selected the BUY option and payment is received in full. The copyright in the music is transferred to you therefore you may use the music as you see fit. As soon as you have purchased and downloaded the music under the BUY option, the recording is taken off our database so that no one else can have access to it. However it is possible that a third party (" Temporary User ") may have rented the music before you bought it. In such case the Temporary User will still have the right to use the music for the period agreed upon between Web Jingles Online and the Temporary User. You must not at any time ask for any royalties or payment of any other charges, fees or costs for the use of the music by the Temporary User. The Temporary User is entitled to use the music in accordance with the terms and conditions of the License Agreement agreed upon with Web Jingles Online. Upon expiry of the License Agreement, the Temporary User will cease to use the music. Web Jingles Online does not guarantee that the Temporary User will comply with the terms and conditions of the License Agreement and disclaims all liabilities in relation to the music once you have bought the music and the License Agreement has expired.
Does the music I RENT belong to me?
If you selected the RENT option, you do not actually own the music. The copyright in the music remains the property of the author. What you do own is the right to use the music in accordance with the terms and conditions of the License Agreement. Please see the License Agreement and Copyright Assignment for further information.
Can I buy Web Jingles Online music anywhere else?
No. All of the music offered by Web Jingles Online has been created by our team of gifted professional musicians and composers exclusively for Web Jingles Online. This may include music such as certain well-known Classical music pieces, public domain music, Christmas Carols and Nursery Songs. In these cases, the original copyright has expired and the specific recording and adaptation performed by our authors are unique. Our authors own the copyright for their specific adaptation and recording.
What if I want music specifically and exclusively designed for my project. Do you do custom production?
Yes. Our authors can compose original music for you. Quotes are available upon request. Please email your inquiry and requirements with all pertinent details to: services@webjinglesonline.com. Our team will respond as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours or less.
Can I return a music file and get a refund?
No. Once you have paid for and downloaded a music file, Web Jingles Online cannot offer a refund. By accessing our website, you have been able to download samples of our music, which means that you have been given an opportunity to test and select the music you wish to use. If you experience any difficulty in accessing our website or downloading our music, please seek technical assistance from the relevant third party provider of your IT equipment. We cannot unfortunately assist you in this regard. In what type of file format will the music be sent to me?
Our music is provided in a superior CD quality .wav format. What you hear when listening to the sample music on our Website is a lower compressed MP3 quality. Please note that after you rent or purchase the music from our site, you will download the higher CD quality file.
Is it safe to make a purchase on your Website?
We understand the need for security when making online purchases. Web Jingles Online uses an industry standard encrypted processing system. Will Web Jingles Online give or sell my e-mail address and personal contact information to anyone?
No! Web Jingles Online endeavours to protect your privacy and will not share, give, rent or sell the email address or personal contact information of its clients to any other party. Also, we will only send information and emails to you If you have expressively given us permission to do so. Are your music tracks Copyright Clear?
Absolutely! Buy your music at Web Jingles Online with confidence. Our tracks are Copyright Clear. Unfortunately some music being sold on the Internet is NOT copyright clear. This means that someone who does not own the copyright is illegally selling the right to use a music product. This is against the law, of course, and can have serious consequences. Don't be tempted.
